Christy's Bio:

Christy Santos fell in love with the Pacific Northwest when she moved here in 2004 after marrying the love of her life. Shortly after, she began working alongside local builders, designing everything from custom homes to neighborhood housing. Her training in Architectural Engineering and her expertise in sustainable design, developed through eco-friendly building practices, gave her a deep understanding of how to bring functionality and environmental consciousness to her projects.

When she joined the Windermere Real Estate East team in 2020, Christy found her background in design and construction perfectly suited to real estate. Today, she draws on that experience to help clients find homes that align with their style and values. Her keen eye for design and property potential, along with her strong skills in budgeting and finance, ensures that clients are prepared and confident in their home-buying decisions.

With a passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Christy tailors her approach to fit each client's unique needs, fostering strong, trusting relationships.
